I. Before the Meal
A. Provide soft background music as guests are arriving.

B. Introduce the arrival of the Bride & Groom and/or Bridal Party.

C. Introduce the Best Man and ask the Guests to prepare for the toast.

D. The Best Man introduces the newlyweds and makes the toast.

II. During the Meal
A. Announce the Bride and Groom and/or Bridal Party being served.

B. Announce serving procedures for guests.

C. Introduce any special guests.

D. Continue soft background music through meal.

III. After the Meal
A. Introduce the Bride and Groom and invite them to dance first dance.

B. Bride and Groom dance to the song they have chosen.

C. Invite the Bridal Party and/or Parents of the Bride and Groom onto the dance floor.

IV. Special Festivities
1. Announce the Bouquet Toss

2. Notify the photographer.

3. Ask all of the single ladies to come to the center of the dance floor.

4. Count down for the Groom tossing the garter.

5. Introduce the lady who caught the bouquet (upon request).

B. Announce the Garter Toss
1. Notify the photographer

2. Ask all of the single ladies to come to the center of the dance floor.

3. Count down for the Groom tossing the garter.

4. Introduce the man who caught the bouquet (upon request).

C. Announce the Cutting of the Cake
1. Notify the photographer.

2. Play soft love songs during the cutting.

D. Announce the Money Dance
1. Notify the photographer.

2. Announce the procesure for the Money Dance.

3. All songs played will be slow love songs.

E. Traditions or Other Special Functions
1. Notify the photographer.

2. All announcements will be performed at the Bride and Groom's choice.

V. Bride and Groom Departure
A. Announce the Bride and Groom leaving.

B. Have the Bride and Groom start the last dance by themselves.

C. Invite everybody to dance and continue the music until the end of the

reception.
